Where is my order?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order, this includes personalised items. All items are hand made here in the UK, we promise they are worth the wait!!

I don't live in the UK, can i still buy from Lola-Pop?
Absolutely yes!! We would love to see our cute creations all over the world!! Just be sure to select the international shipping option.
How much is postage in the UK?
Postage to the UK is £3.00 and £0.50 for any additional items. We send everything recorded delivery so if you are wondering where your order is, please feel free to contact us so we can look into it for you. However we cant be held responsible for missing parcels.
How much is postage to the rest of the world?
Postage to everywhere else in the world is £6.00 with £1.00 for each additional item. PLEASE NOTE: shipping outside the UK will not be sent recorded delivery and Lola-Pop cannot be held responsible if the items go missing. If you would like recorded delivery please contact us and we will be happy to quote you a price.
I dont have paypal, how can i pay?
When the check out takes you to paypal there is a link for customers who dont have a paypal account. This will enable you to fill in your payment details without having to join paypal. Alternatively you can send us a cheque or postal order. Instead of going through the checkout please write your order in the “contact” part of the site. Alternatively you can email us your order at info.lolapop@gmail.com. The cheque will need to clear before items are sent.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
